You really have to watch your timing if its suppose to be on 5 to 10 to 15 minutes keep it to that be on Q with this item or your will be so unhappy with the results its better to do in lesser time than longer time

Had auburn dyed hair and it lightened it to a strawberry blonde. Sort of slow but still works well. Would buy again.

I have very dark brown hair naturally and this product took me to the most beautiful platinum blonde imaginable. I was so worried that my hair would be horribly damaged, but I was so pleasantly surprised when it wasn't. I did my own hair at home because salons (even well praised ones) have destroyed the living daylights out of my hair. I will buy again and again and again.
