Nice product. I see there are complaints about dryness, flakiness and residue. I have found that wetting the hrair before applying solves these problems. I spray my hair generously with water befor applying this product. The problem with kinky'curly/wooly hair, is that it is extremely dry. I don't understand the term "natural hair." ALL hair that grows from the scalp is "natural." Perhaps a better term wouid be "non-chemical-treated hair."
